Victoria International helps Russian companies bring in manual and line personnel from India: from the request and candidate sourcing to document screening, approval, processing and arranging arrival.
We source workers to the employer’s specific requirements: schedule, working conditions, headcount, start dates, experience and required documents.
The staffing challenges employers face — and what the company takes on.
It is increasingly hard for Russian companies to fill line positions from the local labor market alone.
Searching for workers on your own takes time, requires constant communication and does not always deliver a stable result.
For manufacturing, construction and warehouse roles it matters not just to find people, but to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
Working with foreign candidates requires careful document screening and support through the organizational stages.
Calls, messengers, email and documents get lost easily. The client portal helps you see statuses and the history of work on your request.
Victoria International runs the process under managers’ control rather than offloading recruitment entirely onto the employer.
One clear process — from the employer’s request to workers starting. Sourcing is run by the Victoria International team, which controls every stage: clarifying requirements, sourcing candidates, screening documents, approval and arranging arrival.

The employer submits a request and describes the workers needed: headcount, field, conditions, timelines and requirements for experience and documents.
A Victoria International manager clarifies the details, agrees the sourcing format and records the candidate requirements.
The team sources candidates from India to the employer’s parameters.
Documents and candidates’ basic eligibility are checked.
The employer receives candidates for approval and sees the status of work on the request.
Victoria International handles the required documents and coordinates organizational actions.
After approval and processing, workers are sent to the employer within the agreed timelines.
The employer sees the sourcing process in the client portal: request statuses, candidates, approvals, chat with the manager and notifications on key stages. This helps control sourcing without constant calls and scattered correspondence.

On the employer’s request, Victoria International also provides separate worker-support services.
Transfer of workers from the airport to the place of work
Language support (interpreter services)
Organizing workers’ meals
Support during the mandatory medical examination and fingerprinting procedure
After candidates are approved, Victoria International coordinates the processing and organizational stages of arrival so that workers can start with the employer within the agreed timelines.

A short video on how Victoria International helps employers bring in workers from India.
Personal sourcing, document screening and transparent statuses — at every stage of work on the request.
Candidates are sourced personally for the employer’s specific request and requirements, not abstractly.
All personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the requirements of the law. All processes comply with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Republic of India.
Documents and candidates’ basic eligibility are checked before approval.
The client portal helps you see request statuses and communicate: the employer sees the stages of work and understands what is happening with the request.
The company helps you go all the way from request to workers’ arrival and start.
Victoria International specializes in the organized recruitment of workers from India.
Victoria International supports the parties in the process up to the moment the worker is actually employed.
The essentials to know before requesting: volume, timelines, payment and geography.
Minimum group of workers per request.
Approximate timelines for sourcing candidates to requirements.
Paid by the client for each sourced candidate.
We arrange workers’ arrival to the employer across all of Russia.
How much does recruitment cost?
The client pays RUB 10,000 per sourced candidate. Exact terms are fixed after the request is clarified.
What is the minimum group of workers?
We work from 20 employees per request — for manufacturing, construction and logistics.
What are the sourcing timelines?
Approximate timelines are from 5 business days. The final term depends on the field, volume and requirements.
What is included in the RUB 10,000 price?
Sourcing and screening of the candidate, approval with the employer, submitting documents for work visa processing, and arranging the worker’s arrival at the site.
Who arranges the visas and documents?
Victoria International handles work visa processing and support of the required documents.
How do I obtain a quota to bring in foreign specialists?
For workers from visa countries, quotas are allocated annually: the employer submits a foreign-labor demand request to the regional interdepartmental commission (as a rule, by 1 May of the year preceding the year of employment), and then obtains a permit to engage and use foreign workers. Victoria International helps calculate the demand, prepare and submit the application, and supports approval at every stage.
How long does it take to obtain a work permit?
Migration authorities issue a decision on a work permit on average within 10 business days after a complete set of documents is submitted. The full cycle of bringing in a worker from a visa country — including the quota, the engagement permit, the invitation and the work visa — takes longer and depends on the region and approval timelines. Your Victoria International manager will give exact timelines for your request after clarifying the details.
What areas do you cover?
We work across the entire Russian Federation and arrange workers’ arrival to the employer.
Leave a request — Victoria International will clarify the requirements, propose a sourcing format and explain which stages are needed to bring in workers from India.
